Joined as the first Product Manager to bridge hardware, software and delivery cycles for solar-powered gas sensors detecting wildfires at unprecedented lead times. Coordinated joint development with Bosch Sensortec, Semtech, and Radientum.

Worked closely with founders carrying a century of combined experience. Helped introduce agile across hardware, firmware and cloud teams — a culture shift that mattered for validating the system with customers like CALFIRE and Vodafone.

After an internal reshuffle six months in, I took on a specialised role owning the entire Cloud + ML roadmap. Coordinated frontend, backend, DevOps and data science to deliver Firmware-Update-Over-the-Air (FUOTA) — a capability that let us deploy ML models & firmware to remote sensors without physical maintenance.

Partnered with research institutes to automate data gathering and model training for edge models. Implemented RBAC for the Silvanet platform and launched a documentation hub that significantly cut customer onboarding time.
