Wunderhire

Wunderhire was my attempt to build an India-focused EOR platform for startups hiring employees in India. I worked across product, engineering and customer discovery, taking the product from an initial idea to a working SaaS MVP with real workflows for onboarding, payroll, documents, approvals and role-based access.

I started by building the frontend in Next.js and gradually moved deeper into backend development with NestJS, PostgreSQL and Prisma as the product became more complex. The work forced me to think carefully about service boundaries, authentication, multi-tenant data structures, user roles and operational workflows that had to make sense for founders, employees and internal admin users.

Alongside the technical work, I ran customer conversations and demos, tested positioning, and used feedback to refine the product roadmap.
